Our approach extends beyond measuring progress against targets, to addressing attitudes, emotions and perceptions through events, workshops and information dissemination.

We have made significant progress in building a more representative employee base, evidenced by the improvement in our Empowerdex rating from a Level 5 to a Level 3 contributor in 2008.
