Netcare’s talent management strategy aims to identify talented people with management potential who are then offered opportunities to fast-track their career within the group.

 

Our talent management strategy places particular emphasis on historically disadvantaged individuals and women employees. To date this strategy has proven very successful, benefitting hundreds of black and women employees across the group.

The talent management strategy also includes a mentorship programme, which develops future leaders within the group through various skills transfer initiatives.
