Recruitment process

Netcare offers an open and transparent recruitment process to attract the best people into our organisation. The process typically follows the following steps:


	Forward your application for vacancies to Netcare. If your application matches our criteria, you will be asked to attend a one-on-one interview at the hospital/office where the vacancy exists. Following your interview, you will be notified whether your application was successful. If your application was successful, the human resources department will make you a formal offer. Once you have accepted the offer, you will be required to complete all new employee documentation. You will also be given an opportunity to attend an induction programme.
