Established in 2010, the Centre of Psychotherapy Excellence (COPE) is a multidisciplinary
treatment programme at the heart of our mental health facilities. COPE offers a range of
mental health services.
Our programmes provide you with an opportunity to be involved in several therapeutic groups
and activities, including learning new skills to help you manage your mental health better.
Our purpose at COPE is to walk with each of our patients on a journey towards healing
and improved mental health.
We select the best multidisciplinary professionals to deliver a truly person centred
experience. Through COPE, you will have access to a range of registered mental health
professionals, including psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, and
dieticians (depending on the programme), to help you on your mental health journey.
