Process for suggestions, complaints, compliments
We encourage our patients to immediately bring any concerns or complaints they may have to the attention of the management or customer care team at the specific facility, so that such matters can be promptly addressed and resolved. Compliments or enquiries pertaining to a specific facility should similarly be taken up with the specific facility.
Should your concern or complaint not be addressed to your satisfaction by the facility’s customer care team, please contact our central customer service centre.
