Key areas in which Netcare excelled included people strategy, leadership, culture, values, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. In addition, for the third consecutive year, Netcare was crowned Employer of Choice in the healthcare sector at the GradStar Students’ Choice Awards. This accolade is awarded based on the perceptions of students across 63 tertiary institutions nationwide, highlighting companies that excel in workplace culture, career growth opportunities, and employer reputation.
