Who we are
Part of the Netcare Primary Care Division, Netcare Medicross was established in 1993 and is the largest private
primary healthcare network in South Africa. We provide primary healthcare to over 2 million patients every
year in our dedicated Netcare Medicross medical and dental centres, Primecure medical and dental centres, as well as
through independent practices across eight provinces.
We also provide sub-acute and rehabilitation care, preventative healthcare and disease management. Virtual
consultations are available to facilitate conversations between patients and healthcare professionals where
in-person visits are difficult.
